Cancel & modify

If you want to cancel/modify the order, please advise us of your intent to do so as soon as possible.

The following circumstances cannot cancel/modify the order for you:

1. The order has been shipped;

2. The order that needs to be customized has not been shipped but has been processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.
